Seasonal Customer Success Billing Representative

The Billing Representative is responsible for coordinating billing functions and performing a variety of tasks including: handling customer service calls, processing payments, and assisting with billing inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls

  • Answering any questions the customer may have regarding their account

  • Scheduling customers for routine services and/or re-services

  • Making outbound calls to customers who have a balance due in attempt to collect

  • Processing payments and refunds

  • Updating payment information

  • Notating accounts

  • Handling Escalations and Cancellations

  • Assisting the Customer Solutions department with account specialists calls

  • Answering agreement inquiries

  • Closing accounts

  • Ability to follow guidelines in accordance with best practices and protocols

  • Capable of respectfully working together with Service Supervisors and Service Specialists to create a high performing culture at the branch level

Salary

  • $16 - $18 DOE
